• Farmstead Co. was created in 2020 by Ben and Candice Bernal after they sold their Utah-based construction business and moved to the area.
• Cam McAulay purchased the company in 2024 after four years of working as foreman of the crew.
• Cam and Whitney have three children and enjoying living in the hills of Middle Tennessee. Cam leads worship at their local church, and Whitney homeschools, bakes, and gardens.

We are a small, experienced company, and we love to hear your creative ideas about how you desire to improve your home. People are our priority, so Cam, the owner, meets personally with clients to understand goals before estimating, coordinating, and completing your project.
